Compare the open-barrel bench-tool series

Choose these models for compatible open-barrel battery terminals. Match the terminal drawing and crimp cavity before selecting the tool; a terminal's current label is not enough.

Model / configuration Range / contents Selection guide
IWS-5100DT 5A–100A legacy terminal labels Smaller listed terminal series
IWS-8200DT 80A–200A legacy terminal labels Middle listed terminal series
IWS-25500DT 250A–500A legacy terminal labels Larger listed terminal series

Before you choose: The A values identify legacy terminal groups. They are not a tool electrical rating or a guarantee of the finished cable assembly's current capacity. Share the terminal part number, barrel dimensions and conductor size if you need help choosing.
