Return Policy

iCrimp is committed to provide products with high quality and reasonable price. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving your products, we are more than happy to arrange the return of your products according to our terms of services.

Return Procedure

  • The Customer shall contact our sales representative to inform iCrimp of the return logistics and it is the Customer's responsibility to complete all requested information in a timely manner.
  • All parts returned to iCrimp should have the original label and be properly packaged for shipping. If the returned item is damaged due to improper or negligent packaging, we will not provide a refund.
  • If the return is caused by the customer, customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


We offer 12-month warranty for our tools and customers who place their order on this store can claim it. This warranty does not include misuse, abuse, alteration, accident, lack of maintenance, or tools worn out by use.

Shortage/Damage Claims

Notification of material shortages or incorrect filling of orders must be made to iCrimp within 30 days of receipt. No claims over three months old will be honored. Buyer agrees to make all complaints for damage in transit or “short count” directly to the carrier; before the contents are unloaded have the carrier agent’s acknowledgment of such damage noted on the bill of lading and to present to the carrier its agent’s acknowledgment of such damaged material with formal claim covering said damage.
