HS-D2 wire stripping, cutting and crimping tool

The HS-D2 combines stripping, cutting and terminal crimping in one hand tool. The capacities for these functions must be considered separately.

  • Listed stripping range: 0.2–6 mm² for the specified plastic or rubber insulation.
  • Listed terminal-crimping range: AWG 22–10, subject to terminal type and the tool's marked positions.
  • Toothed gripping mechanism and thermoplastic rubber grips.

Check before ordering

Match the conductor construction, insulation and terminal before use. The stripping range does not establish cutting capacity. Test on a spare piece and inspect for damaged strands; use the terminal manufacturer's crimp requirements to assess the finished connection.
