What you already have
Use the selected crimper and its specified die profile. A wire-preparation tool can be added if you do not already own one.
Check before adding Match the actual contact drawing, conductor range, insulation diameter and strip length. Connector brand or pitch alone does not guarantee fit.

For wires within its listed 0.03–10 mm² range. Set strip length for the terminal and test on a sample of your insulation; not a live-wire tool.

Check the exact model, connection type and applicable standard before ordering. A standard referenced in a product description is not, by itself, evidence of third-party certification. Ask us for model-specific documentation if your project requires it.
Design references are not third-party product certifications. Use the model specifications and the fitting or terminal manufacturer's instructions to confirm compatibility.
How manufacturing supports reliability
IWISS manufacturing capabilities include precision machining, heat treatment, assembly and quality inspection, with dimensional measurement and tensile-testing equipment. The inspection method and acceptance criteria depend on the tool and connection application.

Small-contact crimping setup
Identify the connector series and contact part number before selecting a small-terminal crimper.
Before ordering
- Check conductor size, insulation diameter and the terminal's conductor and insulation wings.
- Confirm contact orientation, strip length and positioning before the first crimp.
Does a connector pitch identify the correct crimper?
Not by itself. Pitch describes contact spacing in the housing; the contact geometry and wire specification determine the crimping setup.
What should I send for a fit check?
Send the product model, cable or pipe size, connector or fitting part number, and clear photos. Include the intended application so our team can help you identify the appropriate setup.
