Choose your micro-terminal crimper
Start with the metal contact, not just the connector housing. Match the conductor size, insulation diameter and open-barrel geometry before choosing a model.
| Model / configuration | Range / contents | Selection guide |
|---|---|---|
| SN-01BM | AWG 28–20 | Smaller open-barrel contacts |
| SN-28B | AWG 28–18 | Open-barrel connector contacts |
| SN-2549 | AWG 28–18 | Micro open-barrel contacts |
| SN-48B | AWG 26–16 | Open-barrel contacts within its die range |
| SN-58B | AWG 24–16 | Open-barrel contacts; tool or connector-kit options |
Before you choose: Wire range alone does not guarantee terminal compatibility. Connector pitch and brand names are not a complete compatibility specification. For an uncertain contact, send its part number and a close-up photo through our contact form.
SN-01BM: application and selection
AWG 28–20 ratcheting crimping tool for compatible non-insulated open-barrel contacts. Match the conductor crimp and insulation-support geometry to the contact specification.
Check before ordering
- Identify the metal contact part number and conductor gauge.
- Compare the terminal barrel and insulation support with the die cavity.
- Use the contact manufacturer's strip length and inspect a sample crimp before assembling the connector.
These micro-contact tools are a separate family from battery-lug, ferrule and solar-connector crimpers.

Returns & warranty terms · Shipping detailsDesign standards & application compatibility
Check the exact model, connection type and applicable standard before ordering. A standard referenced in a product description is not, by itself, evidence of third-party certification. Ask us for model-specific documentation if your project requires it.
Design references are not third-party product certifications. Use the model specifications and the fitting or terminal manufacturer's instructions to confirm compatibility.
How manufacturing supports reliability
IWISS manufacturing capabilities include precision machining, heat treatment, assembly and quality inspection, with dimensional measurement and tensile-testing equipment. The inspection method and acceptance criteria depend on the tool and connection application.
Ask us about the specifications or supporting documentation for your model.

Small-contact crimping setup
Identify the connector series and contact part number before selecting a small-terminal crimper.
Before ordering
- Check conductor size, insulation diameter and the terminal's conductor and insulation wings.
- Confirm contact orientation, strip length and positioning before the first crimp.
Does a connector pitch identify the correct crimper?
Not by itself. Pitch describes contact spacing in the housing; the contact geometry and wire specification determine the crimping setup.
What should I send for a fit check?
Send the product model, cable or pipe size, connector or fitting part number, and clear photos. Include the intended application so our team can help you identify the appropriate setup.
