The IWS-1632AF-ZL-7 combines a manual press tool with seven jaw sets for the listed refrigerant-fitting application. Identify your fitting series first, then choose the kit or replacement jaws you need.

Size and profileMatch the exact tube and fitting size and required press profile. Do not substitute plumbing nominal sizes for refrigerant tube sizes.

Plan your working clearance

The listed 360-degree jaw rotation helps orient the head. It does not eliminate clearance requirements. This model is not intended for tight-space installation: allow room for the head and full handle movement.

Prepare, press and inspect

  1. Prepare: follow the fitting manufacturer's cutting, deburring, cleaning and insertion-depth requirements.
  2. Position: inspect the fitting and sealing element, insert the tube fully and align the matching jaw as instructed.
  3. Press: follow the tool's full operating procedure. Do not improvise settings or use a different fitting profile.
  4. Verify: inspect the connection and complete the system tests required by the fitting manufacturer and installation procedure.

Is this a battery-powered press tool?
