About this item
The IWISS IWE-100 universal cable stripper combines outer-sheath removal and conductor insulation stripping in one compact tool. Designed for domestic electrical installation work, it supports 20–6 AWG (0.5–16 mm²) conductors and round cables with an outside diameter of Ø4–13 mm.
- Two Stripping Functions in One Tool: Remove the outer cable sheath and strip individual inner conductors with the same tool.
- For Domestic Installation Cables: Works with round cables measuring Ø4–13 mm and conductors from 0.5–16 mm² (20–6 AWG), covering a range of household wiring preparation tasks.
- Access at Walls and Ceilings: Designed for preparing cables protruding from walls and ceilings, where working space can be limited.
- Circular and Longitudinal Cuts: Pre-set blades allow cuts around and along the cable sheath without adjusting the cutting depth.
- Compact, Durable Construction: An ergonomically shaped glass-fibre-reinforced polyamide body and knife-steel blades provide a practical tool for repeated cable preparation. Overall length is 140 mm; weight is 74 g.

Choose the right size
The Ø4–13 mm specification refers to the outside diameter of the complete round cable. The 0.5–16 mm² specification refers to the cross-sectional area of an individual conductor. Check both dimensions when selecting the tool for your cable.
