Built-in 1/2 and 3/4 inch jaws · PEX cutter · copper-ring remover · Go/No-Go gauge. PC-1234PS brings the main steps for ASTM F1807 copper-ring PEX connections into one fitted carrying case, without changing dies between the two sizes.

Choose the connection method: PC-1234PS crimps copper rings. For stainless-steel PEX pinch clamps and starter fittings, compare the CRP-1096F cinch-and-remove kit.

  • Crimp Two Common Sizes: Built-in 1/2-inch and 3/4-inch jaws let you prepare both sizes with the same tool, without changing dies.
  • Cut, Crimp, Check and Remove: The kit includes a PEX tubing cutter, copper ring crimper, copper ring removal tool, Go/No-Go gauge and adjustment spanner.
  • Control Ring Position: The support hook and pre-crimp feature help hold a copper ring in position before the final crimp. Follow the included instructions for the appropriate jaw and hook position.
  • Polished Crimping Jaws: Smooth jaw surfaces help limit marking of the copper ring during crimping. Check completed connections with the supplied gauge.
  • Organized Carrying Case: A fitted red case keeps the tools together for installation, maintenance and repair work.

This kit is for copper crimp-ring PEX connections. Confirm tubing, fitting and ring compatibility before use; stainless steel pinch clamps require a different tool. Follow the fitting manufacturer's assembly instructions, inspect each crimp with the gauge and pressure-test the completed system as specified by the manufacturer.
