Application and technical information

• Meets ASTM F2098 standard
• Wire EDM cutting processed internal jaw brings reliable connections, the entire tool is constructed of high-quality carbon steel with rust resistance.
• Features a ratcheting mechanism, the clamp tool will not release from the clamp ring unless you make a properly secure connection.
• Compatible with PEX clamps of all sizes from 3/8" to 1" from Oetiker, Sharkbite, Nibco, and other brand others (per ASTM F2098).
• The tool is factory calibrated and it comes with a go/no-go gauge.

Confirm the connection system first

Match the exact tube dimension, fitting family and specified crimp or press profile. Copper crimp rings, stainless cinch clamps, press sleeves, expansion connections and copper press fittings require different tooling. Matching diameter or country alone does not establish compatibility.

Prepare and inspect the tube and fitting; use the correct ring, sleeve or jaw; complete the prescribed operation; inspect with the required gauge and perform the system test.
