Working Range

Selection & Use

Match the wire rope diameter, sleeve material and sleeve size to the correct cavity before crimping. Position the sleeve in the indicated direction and follow the sleeve manufacturer's required crimp sequence. Stainless-steel sleeves and unannealed copper sleeves are not suitable for this swager. Stainless-steel thimbles support the loop and are not crimp sleeves.

Cut the cable, form the loop around a correctly sized thimble, position the sleeve and complete the required crimps. Inspect the finished connection before use. Wire rope is not included.
