Compare the open-barrel bench-tool series

Choose these models for compatible open-barrel battery terminals. Match the terminal drawing and crimp cavity before selecting the tool; a terminal's current label is not enough.

Before you choose: The A values identify legacy terminal groups. They are not a tool electrical rating or a guarantee of the finished cable assembly's current capacity. Share the terminal part number, barrel dimensions and conductor size if you need help choosing.

Match the terminal, not just the wire gauge

Check the terminal part number, barrel construction, conductor size, insulation support and required crimp geometry. Solid contacts, stamped contacts, ferrules and cable lugs use different tooling. Gauge alone does not establish compatibility.
