Choose by cable material and construction
Check cutting capacity for the actual conductor rather than using cable outside diameter alone.
Before ordering
- Confirm conductor material, solid or stranded construction, and any armor or steel reinforcement.
- Compare both the stated cutting capacity and the opening needed for your cable.
Can I cut steel wire or armored cable?
Only use the tool for materials explicitly listed for the selected model. Copper or aluminum capacity does not establish steel-cutting capability.
What should I send for a fit check?
Send the product model, cable or pipe size, connector or fitting part number, and clear photos. Include the intended application so our team can help you identify the appropriate setup.
