Controlled terminal and seal crimping for wiring repairs

AWG 24–14 (0.2–2.0 mm²) · Ø2–4 mm wire seals · parallel jaws. IWC-1424BP is a hand crimper for compatible open-barrel terminals and seals in Weather-Pack and Metri-Pack 150/280 harness connections. Select by the terminal part number as well as wire size.

Compatibility & Use

Confirm the exact terminal series, conductor size and seal dimensions before selecting a cavity. The stated range does not mean every terminal within that wire range is compatible. Follow the terminal manufacturer's strip length, crimp sequence and inspection requirements.

A sealed connection also requires the correct housing, terminal and wire seal. Crimping alone does not establish a connector's water-resistance rating.
